Payment process

There are three payment methods available at the end of your shopping cart trip.  When you have entered all your items in your cart, click on CHECKOUT.  This will take you to the personal information page.  This information is sent to Lapdog to tell us how to fill out the Tax Invoice for you and where to ship your order to -- please provide complete information.  If you want this information to be automatically filled in the next time you visit the store, just click on box labeled REMEMBER ME.

If you click on CREDIT CARD, you can pay by Master Card or Visa

Clicking on Credit Card will automatically take you to the PayMate's secure website to make the payment and then return you to Lapdog once the payment is complete.  REMEMBER to click the CONFORMATION button on the last Payment screen to complete the transaction. 

Security:  Paymate is just like PayPal and other secure payment systems.  PayMate is in Australia. PayMate retains your credit card information and it is not seen by Lapdog Limited, so you need to fill in the second customer information form as well.  You can sign up to become an express member (no charge for this) so that you will not have to refill the form each time you want to make a payment using PayMate.

If you click on Internet Banking or Cheque, you can pay by cheque or internet banking

To pay by CHEQUE:

Mail cheque made out to Lapdog Limited to PO Box 149, Kaiapoi, North Canterbury 7644

To pay by INTERNET BANKING:

Payment details:  Kiwibank, Account name = Lapdog Limited,
                         Account Number = 38 9007 0271920 00

Product order & shipment process

Products are generally shipped via New Zealand Post.  If you live on a rural route, this service can take an extra 1 - 5 days depending on the speed of your rural carrier.  Occasionally orders are shipped via a courier service.  Products are shipped immediately after payment is received.

PayMate notifies us when your credit card has been approved.  This normally takes 1 - 2 days. 

Internet banking normally happens after midnight on the day you make the payment.

Cheques arrive via NZ Post at their discretion ... J

Best to plan a week in advance for ordering product to ensure you don't run short ....
